Support on the website

Public email support handles general and pre-sale questions. We store the provided email, subject, message and reply history to handle the request, with access restricted to the team. The operator is notified by email, and replies sent from the dashboard go to the provided address. Replies received directly in the email inbox are not automatically synchronized with the dashboard.

Providing an email in the public form does not look up or reveal orders and does not open buyer chat. To track a purchase, access My orders through the authenticated process. Order conversations and deliveries remain in that protected channel.

Do not send passwords, documents, card details, tokens or authentication codes. Rate controls use identifiers derived from network addresses and email to limit abuse. Public email contacts are not automatically included in the chat retention routine below; requests about these records are reviewed by the team.

For privacy questions or requests relating to your data, contact suporte@fjvglobal.com. The team will assess the request and the verification needed to protect your data. Orders, payments and records subject to retention obligations remain protected.

For buyer chats included after this rule was introduced, automatic deletion from active systems may occur 90 days after closure, through a daily routine and subject to security checks. If a conversation is reopened, the period restarts after it closes again. Earlier conversations are retained until specifically reviewed. Backup copies and records subject to retention obligations may remain for their own periods; deleting support records does not automatically delete those copies.
