How do I buy?
Choose an available offer, check its description, price and terms, then continue to checkout. Enter and confirm the same email to receive order information. No account or password is needed.
Which payment methods are available?
Payment methods available at checkout: Card and Pix. Other methods appear only when they are actually available.
What if my card is declined?
Check your details, limit and online purchase authorization with your card issuer. Before trying again, check the order status to avoid a duplicate purchase. If payment was not approved, you can try another card at the payment step.
When is my payment confirmed?
The order is updated after official payment confirmation by the provider. Creating an order or opening a payment page does not confirm the purchase. Track the actual status in My orders.
